As a free bonus, you'll also get Powerful secrets guaranteed to bring women into your bedroom!" Somebody commented on the post "What is it? An application to join the Democratic Party?" It cracked me

I get your joke, but I think the ninja comment might be because I have seen books supposedly written by and/or for ninjas that are supposed to teach the reader mind control, which includes how to attack by stealth and invisibility. I think I've seen these books advertised in hunting magazines and catalogs. So maybe that's why the person said that.
