Oryx and Crake by Margaret Atwood?

If I'm right, I wasn't terribly fond of the book. I like her writing style, but the book failed to do anything for me.

I'd have to agree with Oryx and Crake. Just finished re-reading it on the plane home. Probably one of my favorite Atwoods.

really? i'm a big fan of Handmaid's Tale but that might just be because it was the first one i read and i can be somewhat partial to firsts. anyway, yay! you got it! whoot!

i concur. it's been quite some time since i read that book though, so i could be wrong.

did you find it very unsettling? i did. i was all spooked out when i was done with it. of course it was 1am in my spooky basement so that might have had something to do with it.
