Didn't realize New Zealand allowed guns, I've always assumed America is the only first world country where people really have them in scores. How does Canada rank for your requirements?
Canada is a little lower on the "lets me keep my money" scale. If I recall from my last trip there, the sales tax rate is about 12% and there is no food exception. And you pay lower corporate but higher personal taxes.
If I recall, guns are allowed but you have to have permit layers. You have to have a license to purchase and own. Then, for handguns, you have to have a license to carry it to and from your house to a gun range. If you move and don't have a license to carry from home to gun range, you have to get a license to move it from your old house to your new house.
Right to be gay they beat America hands down.
And I love their coffee shops, and food is properly diverse.
