I know an inordinate number of posts lately have been about my father...
He hasn’t given me a timetable, so IDK what he has in mind, but he’s told me, ‘I can’t think of any reason for you to be under my roof. I’m sick of seeing you, I don’t want to have you around, I don’t want you in my house anymore. You find your own place to live soon enough, because I am not going to put up with you for much longer.’
IDK what I’m going to do. I know 22 is more than old enough to be independent- I have flisters my age or younger who have degrees, who have jobs, who are supporting themselves, some in different countries from their families- but I’m completely clueless and without resources or experience.
The last time he kicked me out (lasted a grand total of three days before mother came to drag me back, and I still resent that so hard), I was going to live with my grandmother. But that’s not really fair on her, to use her as a backup when things go bad with my father. I have to learn to stand on my own two feet, but I am scared and don’t even know where to begin.
I am terrible with people, and I don’t want to live with strangers, but it’s looking like I’m going to have to try and find shared accommodation or something. This is the part where I wish I had friends IRL so I could move in with someone. I just have no idea how to survive on my own and I'm utterly terrified.
God, I’m so tired of crying so much.
