I have to say, while I'm dismayed at the idea of it on an emotional basis, I do think they would look so gorgeous together.

You gotta watch Season 1 first to appreciate Danno. I'm not loving this season at all and Season 1 was perfect. The writing isnt the same, I hate the new blonde girl (I feel like she's Seaver in a sense that they're changing everyone's attitudes around to acommodate her being there), and its just....I hate it. Danno has gotten used to Hawaii and their ways. He would never do something like that and I was a little taken aback by them pushing his character back after the Season 1 growth. The show has lost a lot of its bromance and awesomeness for me. Damn, that usually doesnt happen till around Season 4

Oh, so you think the writing has dropped in quality for Danno? I've seen it happen sometimes where a character starts off being awesome and snarky and hilarious, but then the writers start to exaggerate those qualities til he's an unlikeable caricature of himself. It's so irritating.

I dont see it that way at all with Megan and Peter. This is a woman who never had friends, never opened up to anyone, its not going to be easy to get things out of her. I dont think he invalidates her at all, and on the ex situation he said he was Switzerland and staying out of it. I never remember him telling her to get over it but he did tell her she had to make a way to work with Kate, which is true. Peter brings her down from the Ivory Tower she sometimes traps herself in...I think that's how she feels about it too. But I'm a shipper so I'll always root for them. I hate that it's being played for laughs when what he's doing is an insidious form of bullying and abusing his authority as director to make them feel like crap about themselves. Actually, this scene is kind of bad when I think about it- that he wouldn't know something so important to her (they've only dated off and on for ages now), and that poor Rachel prob thought it did taste like meat but figured it was 'coz her bf was so thoughtful that he tracked down some super awesome meat substitute for her. >_<
She is my second favourite character on this show.

I loved that scene with Curtis and Ethan - two of my favorite characters. I agree that Megan should be with Derek and not some character that they bring in. I hadn't heard that and when I googled that name the guy looks young? Megan needs an older mature person like Derek. I definitely don't see the appeal of Megan and Peter - it would never work because of the work dynamics. I like them as friends - I don't know if you've watched this weeks yet be he and Megan have a nice friend moment and I like that.
Don't watch Glee and I didn't watch Hawaii 50 this season for some reason. I think the whole Danny and Rachel thing in the premier made mad and I didn't continue.
You're in a better place for not watching Glee. It started off so awesome and then just steadily degenerated and I WISH I could give it up. *sob*

They're just the funniest together, I thought it was so- Curtis to get into it and be wacky and silly and then stand back and go, 'Ethan, you doofus!', lol, hypocrite. He makes me laugh so much when he's all MMM-HMM and nitpicking at people, I love this man.
And thank you, I'm so pleased someone agrees with me about Derek! He's utterly charming and very supportive of her, so I'm happy she's happy and got someone like that in her corner. :D
The guy is quite young! I think the writers originally had Megan's character being younger (hence the actress cast as her mother being only eleven years older than Dana Delany), but while I don't think there's any reason Megan can't
