JMo is such an amazing woman. Even if you don't ship something, there's no reason to tear down people who do, especially when those people are fighting so hard to find representations of themselves in media.

And ugh, that gif is painfully accurate, OUAT PTB are the worst. I quit it halfway through season 1 when they brought August in and diminished Emma's agency and it's only gotten worse. Living for the fandom, tbh.

Aaah I missed you. I always liked the idea of SQ in season one but I started reading fic and got super sucked in during season two and now we've got these beard of the week episodes for Regina and Emma while they also get super COME ON romancey scenes. Regina got jealous about Hook after Emma said she wouldn't "combine" with her!! What was the motivation for that?! ::shakes the writers::

I couldn't agree more about the Mulan/Aurora stuff. It is complete and utter bullshit and like the Robin Hood being "meant" for Regina bullshit seems to have been planned at the last second and was so poorly executed. I doubt we'll even see Mulan again until maybe the end of the season now that precious (wimpy, ugly, cowardly) Neal is in Neverland to try to get back with the woman he abandoned and put in jail 'cause Pinnochio told him to. Don't even get me started on last nights ep and how the writers did a classic and damaging "no means yes" plot with Hook and Emma.

And ahaha, I love your pov on SQ! I don't watch the show anymore, but I read reviews and recaps and the SUBTEXT, good lord! Great fodder for the ship, mwahaha, I love that they're teaming up and talking about 'our son' and Regina's teaching Emma magic and everything! All my hopes and dreams!

Oh, bb, Ginny is the worst, I'm sorry she's gotten to you as well. It's just so disappointing/enraging seeing that attitude from people in the public spotlight, spreading their ignorance around and having their opinions canonized by followers, agh.

I'm glad that Mulan's characterization on the show was a positive for you, at least the writers made some people happy! Yeah, if there's an orientation as marginalized as lesbians on tv, it's bisexuals - the number of people going, 'But Mulan was in love with Phillip and now she's a lesbian, wtf makes me eyeroll so hard. OHNOES, THERE ARE ONLY TWO BINARY OPTIONS, NOTHING ELSE EXISTS, IT'S NOT LIKE THERE'S A WHOLE SPECTRUM OF SEXUALITY OUT THERE.

It has to be a set-up for that! It just has to be! I'm sad that we haven't seen Mulan since that episode but I hope that we see her soon and that all of this begins!
