I like the fullness in the front with the bang (although the bang could be longer. and blond- a lá 80's david bowie hah)

I like the fullness in the back too, and i like how it tapers more to the back of my neck instead of being puffed out around my ears (hence me trimming it myself to keep it sleek and as my hairdresser said - almost developing it into a mullet bwahahah).
what i dont like about it though is that the wind doesnt blow it around. that its not long enough to be messy bed head and layers all over the place. and that i cant really run my hand through it and feel it move - there's no movement to it yet. I figure i'll let it grow out again for about 2-3 months then try a third hairdresser at the shop i'm going to these days.
my doc's partner owns the shop and i love my doc's hair, so thats why i started going there... i've had two young men so far cut my hair and both have had good and bad points to the finished product, but overall i've been happy with it. i've also realized you get what you pay for - like anywhere else. if you pay ten bucks for a haircut at magicuts, thats what you're gonna get - a ten dollar haircut with someone that has no additional training. if you pay the going rate for a salon haircut, you get a better trained stylist (hopefully). The salon i go to sends their stylists to additional training, and expects them to do night courses at the shop twice a month to keep up with the newest techniques. its a pretty different experience for me - long hair was easy - just an inch off all around the bottom. curly, straight and wavy hair all on one head isnt so easy ha.
anywhooo... thats what i look like these days
