I think there was just a instant attraction between Sam and Quorra. Since the moment they met. In the whole movie they are having eyesex. They saved each other a lot in the movie. It was nice to see them together at the end and him showing her the sun. The thing she wanted to see so much.
Flynn/Quorra
They have spent so much time together. He saved her from death. He took her in. They lived together for years. I would hope something happened between the two. I just wanted more scenes between them in the film. You can see that there is a real love between the two.
