well it's nice to know i'm not the only one who feels undervalued and appreciated....hehe they should do something...the position was relatively new wasn't it? maybe 2 years? i'll give you a party, we can drink bacardi and pina colada's and get drunk :-p i hope they do something. maybe if you get a bunch of friends to email your supervisor we can convince them to do something for you.

I'm not undervalued or unappreciated. I'm all but invincible - there are so many occasions where I probably should have been fired, but they won't because I've made myself invaluable.
I'm not sure about the logic of retiring the position, I guess they feel the area coordinators can handle it themselves. We'll see if that's a mistake or not - I've always said the Head RAs were more like crippled RDs then super RAs...they never gave us the authority to live up to the position.
I don't get drunk, and I don't do bacardi.
They've done enough for me, I'm more or less ready just to jet.

i was joking about getting drunk.....i think.... heh. it's awkward now, i feel like i can't say anything to you..... and to think i used to be cute and innocent now i'm just some chick you knew for like 8 years or something and we're both too busy to really see eachother anymore...you know the number if you get a spare 2 sec's call or text me.
