So, yesterday I planted our new tree and some tulip bulbs. Today I got up early to start some barbeque. I did up two briskets (one 2.25 lbs and the other 2.5lbs), and one Boston butt roast. I used mesquite chips for smoke. The meat barbequed for between an hour and a half and two hours. I then transferred them to the oven at 240' fror the remainder
