Luke, upon entering Milliways with a book on a complicated subject that the narration will handwave at this time, orders himself a snack and settles on the couch for some, ahem, 'light' reading.

Allana wanders up at some point and steals a bit of his snack. "'lo, Luke!"

Luke peers over his book at the snack-stealer.

"Hello, Allana."

[hapan_heiress]

"How're you?" She asks as she climbs onto the couch to sit next to him. Her knee catches on her tunic and she falls over a little.

[born_running]

"I'm all right," he says, reaching out a hand to catch her and help her up.

"How are you?"
