today i went to bed at about 2ish in the morning and woke up at about 330 from stupid cramps... i had to stay up tell about 6ish to finally get a little break to go back to sleep... hot flashes,nasuia and cramps isnt what i call a very start of a new day... when i woke up again it was about 11ish and i didnt really have anything to do so i cleaned
