so yeah I'm pretty much done with this thing, but I need the opinion of other people so I figure i'd give this one moldy cobwebbed livejournal one last shake

The first shot is best, because the focus of the light is on you. The more you wash out the background, the more your own face appears washed out because the eye relates to the similar hues in the background.

The first one. The green matches your shirt, the cream your skin. It all blends very nicely.

I like the second one. It makes you stand out without overexposing the background.
