So the other night I returned home to find that my dad had parked his car outside the gates instead of in the driveway.  Apparently some noob neighbour has been parking his car next to our gate for over twenty years now and lately he has decided to up his rights to the "public space" by sending the maid to wash the car OUTSIDE our house.

2. LOL at "strategic placement of rubbish bins" cos we do that too!
3. i think we all face the same problem. my estate is right in front of some hdb flats so a lot of them park here overnight. yes its public space but its also very annoying.

4. Cause he park just further down from the bins, but still technically outside the house. He love our house lah maybe, fengshui good.
