[Sometime later in the day, Norway went out for a walk with his dog. Eventually he ended up in the park on a small hill. Once in awhile, he'd throw a tennis ball and wait for the dog to bring it back where he'd repeat the process, but otherwise he was simply relaxing under the shade with too much on his mind

Here comes the puppy running down the hill after the ball!]

[Here comes Norway's puppy barreling down the hill after the ball!]

being all awkward for a moment, then picks up the ball as the puppy comes over]

Oh. So this is yours. [d-does the puppy like pettings? reaching out to give them]

[puppy does indeed like pettings! She may or may not be nipping at Mitsuru's fingers, but it's a playful kind of nip.]

Fortunately, this time the UFO did not hit Liechtenstein, just barely missing and passing by her as her life flashed before her eyes.

It'll hit the ground, and then Heidi will be chasing after it with all her might!! as Liechtenstein just sorta tries to figure out who threw the ball.]

[Skadi used bark! She loses interest in the ball, now choosing to chase Heidi.]

[What, what, what is this? Heidi recognizes Skadi from previous bouts of play, and will tear off up the hill, ball in her mouth. This is fun!!]

[Skadi stands there for all of three seconds before shooting after the playmate, nearly tripping over her own feet once or twice. Dayum man, everything is faster--short legs suck. Someday, she'll be bigger!]

[Afndlfa you almost hit the MAJESTIC PONY horse. Not puffin, but horse. Where's her owner? Not too far off and probably chasing said horse.

[Just over the hill, a puppy comes running down!]

[A dog! Another dog! Seems like a lot of people in town lately have pets. Scout grins and bounces the tennis ball up and down.]

I'm guessin' this is yers, eh little guy? [He looks around for any sign of the dog's owner.] Bet ya can't catch one 'a my throws! Ya ready? [holds the ball up and waggles it enticingly]

[It almost fakes her out--She runs a few feet in one direction, turns aroun, and jumps up, front paws resting on his knee. Then she barks.]
