Cillian Icons
So today I finally buckled down to making some icons.
The image was smoothed (one step noise removal) and then sharpened up (high pass sharpen - Radius 10, Strength 70, Blend Mode: Soft Light) and then colour balanced (it was too yellow).
This tutorial helped me make his eyes bluer. This tutorial told me to make two copies of the base and set the middle one to screen and the top to soft light and desaturate it. And that's how I got the cool effect in these icons.
The textures are from Anais Dirge (no 1 - 8) and Sparkling Tea (no. 9)
