Well, I'm back to doing too many things at once. Trying to learn Chinese (emphasis on trying), reading thru books to get them out to E-bay, attempting to motivate myself to clean and do the other stuff that needs to be performed out here in the wilderness. wow, that sounds good! the fanciest dessert I've ever made was a pumpkin and maple pie, and it was amazing!

Pumpkin & Maple actually sounds like it's up my wife's alley. She's from Vermont, so everything maple is good. Could I tap you for the recipe?

i used a recipe from a library book and didn't make a copy! i must try and find it cos i'd love to make it again!
