Why shouldn't you write about such things? :) I really enjoyed reading this, particularly at a stage in my life when I sometimes feel that I'd like to have some of the 'monotony of routine'.

I can't imagine you sitting in the monotony of routine. Stability yes, routine NO!;) How long will you be in NYC for, or is that an uncertainty? :)

love the last paragraph so much. hope that you've managed to get some rest babe. it's a long weekend coming up and hopefully you'll have fun spending it.
am still looking for a job and if i cant find anything i'll go nepal for a couple of weeks and just backpack there. sometimes we really need a different kind of solace. singapore, everyone knows everyone who knows someone who has hurt someone blah blah and the world;s too small.
