As of twenty minutes ago, I have officially been sober for half a year. 183 days. I don't really know what to think of that though. I am no where near as depressed as I had been previously. I am wondering if there is any research on frequency of prayer in America. Specifically, if there is any data that suggests that people pray more often in particular months. One would suspect December to be high (Christmas) and March (Easter). However, I think that prayer frequency in March is higher due to the cultural phenomena of the NCAA ( Read more... ) -

If you remember a few weeks ago the Bush administration decided to send 300 bucks to most Americans who filed taxed in an effort to stimulate the slowing american economy.
Today the U.S. government announced that it would spend $40 billion for the Air Force, giving the contract to a European company, not the American company Boeing.

The outline for my thesis paper is almost finished, and it's 15 pages, single spaced. The only thing this really does for me is give me the false sense of accomplishment. But hey, it's better than the nothing I was looking at on Sunday when I started this.
