So why didn't you tell her you did miss the band? Because i certainly miss the band and when she asked me that i told her so. And if it hurts for you, think about me, because i'm not in the high school band nor the umass band. The question was more of a rhetorical formality than a real question and its not meant to hurt, but unfortunately for people like us who love band it does hurt when we have to leave it all behind.

i always ask people if they miss band and stuff.. i do.

it's just a question. it's not like you can't do it cuz you have an injury or something... you got the experience, and it's not like you need to deny your feelings, it's just that that's just like if someone asks me if i miss seeing my family....
