Frolic And Frills Picnic! - Sunday August 26

Come join us for a wonderful picnic in Boston Common August 26th at 1pm. The original theme for this event is Kodona (for frolicking fun!) but all styles are welcome.

This is a potluck picnic, please respond with what you can bring. Also, if you are able to provide ride-shares please also post here.

Um, hi, I'm from New Hampshire, and I've never really gone to a meet before, but I keep looking here thinking one day I might be brave enough to go to one of these things.

But I wanted to give you a heads-up that a large group of cosplayers will be at the Boston Commons for a Picnic that day as well, doing picnic activities and photshoots and whatnot. (An 'otaku' friend of mine has an event of facebook talking about it, and I think around 40 people could be attending). Just wanted to let you know, I think it's neat, but some people have issues already with being lumped into that category.
