not much of consequence, really

Okay...

-getting ready to go back to Toronto on either friday or saturday of this week (18th or 19th)
-finishing the refinishing of furniture for my TO dwelling. I think when i get there i also want to refinish the desk in my room and put new drawer pulls on it. In production is a dresser and a side table. 
-getting my hair cut tuesday...i want it ( Read more... )

How in the world did you lose 15lbs??

I AM doing it safely, hun. I've been working steadily at it since the beginning of june. I don't know...i've been eating healthily, exercising every day...basically creating a deficit of calories. i jog for half an hour now, and then do some strength training. It'll be better when i have the gym to go to in toronto...i have like...two ten pound dumbells and some small handweights right now...

But yeah. I don't really lose more than one or two pounds a week...and that's the healthy rate...as well, i think i've actually put some muscle on.
