Since I learned that the piss ant I wanted to throttle is not 15 or 16 as I thought and therefore capable of knowing better but 13.

now it just goes back to being sad.

2nding. It's not like the police would necessarily take drastic measures (i.e., pulling him out of his home), but they may get a few important balls rolling in terms of the care and supervision he obviously needs. And if you're not comfortable involving police, maybe it's time to talk to the parents, or write a letter.

I dunno, maybe I'm an ass, but I'd want my hard drive back even if the kid was 8!
