My concern is that there will just be more redundant cross-posting to Google+. It gets annoying seeing the exact same post from friends on Livejournal, Facebook, and Twitter. Worse are updates for Facebook that get auto-crossposted to Twitter, but fall outside the 140 char limit, are truncated, and therefore effectively worthless.

I confine my posting mainly to Facebook nowadays, especially since I mostly just have random links to share anyway. More involved posting, or posts of a personal nature, go here. And I basically don't post on Twitter at all.

I'm still not even sure I know how to make a post on Google+, and have no inclination to learn.

i am pretty clueless and have no idea what you are talking about (not really anyway), but i got a google + invite the other day. probably not going to investigate.

glad you're posting here more. but didn't you know that livejournal is the "myspace" of blogs? (or so said someone on my friends list the other day.) i say: whatever. i got peeps here, and i'm pretty invested, you know?
