Yeah, sure. They're all over the place, somewhat mean, and half about plans to build some kind of robot.

Yes, but you'll freak him out.
Is it possible to see what your character is doing through psychic powers?
Yep
Is it possible to sense your character's location somehow?
If that's one of your powers, sure. He doesn't give off any kind of beacon or anything though.
Is it possible to sense your character's emotions?
He's developed a fairly good poker face, and has gotten pretty good at keeping himself calm. He doesn't have any defenses against abilities like empathy though.
Does your character have any mental walls or defenses up?
Not really.
Can your character be mind-controlled?

He's pretty damn tech savvy. You'd really have to be brilliant with computers to hack him--but if you are, go for it!

Is it okay to kill your character, given the proper discussion/circumstances?

SPECIAL/MAGICAL ITEMS: He has a heli-pack: a thing strapped on his back that can sprout two small sets of helicopter blades and which allows him to fly. It's mechanical, but might be slightly magic--those blades are awful small.
FIGHTING CAPABILITIES: In a head on fight, he's not that great. Though he does have fairly decent running and dodging skills. He'll either come at you with robots or cheat, though.
INJURY/DEATH: Injuries happen to him all the time. Death requires discussion with me first.
WIN/LOSE/TIE: It really depends. He's pretty damn smart and might be able to outmaneuver you--in a head-on hand to hand combat, he'll lose if he can't cheat. But he has fought martial artists and won. He's pretty good at cheating.
MEDICAL/PHYSICAL INFO: He's tall and gangly and doesn't tan easily (though really, he's not in the sun much). He has a rounded face and a long pointed nose. He has kind-of-spiky bright red hair, thick black eyebrows and red eyes. He is physically very weak, but nimble (though he gets clumsy when he's nervous). Wears: (ragged black trench coat, black fingerless gloves, clunky steampunk-like boots, black pants, red sleeveless undershirt, yellow-lensed goggles, helipack) or (black dress suit, the clunky boots, fingerless black gloves). The first outfit most often, the second one for formal events.
ROMANCE/RELATIONSHIPS: He's not a very warm fuzzies kind of guy, so he's probably not a good choice for that. But if you manage to impress him enough and don't interfere with his "being Evil," he might be interested. I play him as pansexual, primarily attracted to intelligence, competence and "evilness," not physical attributes or gender (though he does have a slight preference for girls). Also he knows that he used to be kind of creepy around people he liked, so he's gotten awkward over the whole business.
As far as friendships... he usually just builds friends (robots) but he's not adverse to the idea. He probably wouldn't be the best friend himself, though.
SEXUAL RELATIONS: He seems to think there's better ways to spend time. Also he's awkward, knows he's awkward, and definitely won't initiate it. (I don't rp sex out either, so it'll have to fade to black before anything gets too exciting, sorry.)
PHYSICAL CONTACT: He likes his personal space, thank you very much! >:( (But annoying him can be funny! Go for it! XD)
ANY TRIGGERS/SECRETS/FACTS YOU WANT PEOPLE TO KNOW ABOUT: He's an illegal arms dealer and has gotten much more competent at "being evil," sooo... he's not quite as cute as he used to be.
