so, i pulled a garret and shocked myself... i was trying to install the new light now viewable on our half-pillar outside out house. i was trying to turn the light on, and it wouldn't go on, after i had connected the wires, i was completely baffled and so i whipped out the circuit tester to see if there was current going through it, at either end
