does anyone know a cheap place that repairs laptops? i have a problem with the motherboard and don't even know if it's worth fixing, but would like to try.

i haven't cut my hair since august. it's a frizzy pile of mess. i did get a book for xmas called 78 Things They Don't Teach you in College which has a chapter on how to cut your own hair. i

What exactly is wrong with the motherboard? I might be able to fix it.

i'm actually not sure of the complete diagnosis. a friend checked it out and said that it's "fried." i'm pretty sure that's not technical lingo. basically, it wont go past the start-up screen, so it's not booting properly. it would be much appreciated if you could fix it, but i wouldn't want you to go out of your way.

I would definitely have to look at it to know, but from what you can tell, does it load up the BIOS where it gives information about the computer?
