sure, I'll have a look next time I'm up there. The noise tolerance is a big deal for me though. Not that I throw a lot of parties, I just have some loud friends. Anyway, if I wind up renting you have to buy me a cd (of your choice), I mean it's only fair!

this place is awesome because people have parties and are loud, but the walls are so thick that you can't even hear it if you're in your bedroom. the manager is very nice, and a lot of younger people live here. move in!!!! and of course, i will buy you an amazing cd. i promise. plus if you live here you can get free mixed cd's from me at any given time. 17th and clay are the cross streets, by the way.

hey, i don't know if i told you or not. but the new m83 kinda really sucks. it sounds almost NOTHING like the last album; sans for a few songs. and to top it off...i was looking through a filter magazine (with conor oberest proudly on the cover) today at urban outfitters, and there it was, a brand new, fresh interview with anthony gonzalez, now the whole band ( ... )
