I like Parsnip better than Piper for a name. By the way I hope you weren't too bothered by that troll in the community the other day. I emailed the mods to let them know what was going when I saw that idiot's comment. What a jerk.
I love that picture of you with your hands on the water. I do the same thing with streams and lakes and such. I love water, even though I can't swim very well. There's something in that that calls to me.
oh,its fine,it didnt bother me,but thank you (i get aa plenty of those sort of comments from my redneck relatives, haha)
i grew up near the water always,i've always wanted to be up north somewhere though so i could see how it is frozen,i wonder if the fish ever feel really scared they cant stick their heads up
"i get aa plenty of those sort of comments from my redneck relatives, haha" Oh that's just sad. People can be so ignorant. I'm glad it doesn't seem to bother you--it would bother me.
I never thought about how the fish might feel about it. I worry about the ducks getting frozen in to the ponds and such if they don't fly south in time. The water is so beautiful frozen, I hope you can make it up north sometime to see it. It's really incredible to look down into a frozen river or lake and see how clear it can be, yet how solid at the same time. I'm still amazed by it even though I've been in the north all my life!
