find a picture you want that is saved on your computer. sign into LJ. go to manage. go to user pictures. BUT.. the picture has to be really small. if you dont know how to make it small, talk to me about that later.

open the picture with Paint or something like that.. go to image, sketch/skew or attributes... just mess around with it until it fits the LJ requirements.
