I confess I don't usually care who tops or bottoms - I can easily see Clark going either way. Whenever I do think of bottom!Clark, two stories that jump to mind are:

I can see Clark going either way as well, but I do admit to preferring him on top. But, bottom is fun, too. I love the story by C. M. Decarnin. I always found it interesting how different each part was. It's been a looong time since I've read your second rec. I'll have to reread it. Thanks for reminding me of it.
