For those of you who don't know, goetta is a food-stuff that is made of boiled pork, beef and steel-cut oats, that is formed into a loaf or a tube, then fried like sausage. It was invented during the depression and along with Cincinnati style chili, is a staple in the refrigerators along the Ohio river
