Oh man. I hear that! Hahaha. I'm tracking my weight on my dry-erase board and I try not to even weight myself once daily. Luckily I'm too big a slacker to manage to be obsessive with FitDay.

Are you doing South Beach, or just eating the diet fiber?

I was only weighing myself once a week, but I discovered that sometimes, it was possible to gain 2-3 lbs in a week. It was harder to catch up to lose those 3 lbs than just a half a lb that I can catch if I weigh myself everyday.

I'm not doing South Beach because I am too lazy and too poor to fix all the foods they have you eat on their diet. I just like the water mixes they sell at the grocery store, which are the same idea as crystal light, but have 5g of fiber and 3g of protein in each 16 oz serving. They keep me satisfied for at least 3 hours. Also, I only bought them because they were on sale. FitDay helps me keep track of everything I eat, similar to Weight Watchers, only it's free and I can do it whenever I want.

Are you dieting for a particular reason, or Just 'Cause? And are you doing exercise-y stuff too, or just diet?

it is on sale at KROGER right now. There are 7 little packets in a box, and I drink one a day.

I am dieting because we are playing Biggest Loser at work and there are PRIZES for the winners. I am not sure what they are, but I hope it is gift certificates for new clothes! There are 30 of us participating though, so there is a lot of compitition, and some people are like, actually going to the gym and joining weight watchers and crap. No thanks. I just like going to the weigh-ins because they are hilarious. Also, we have two teams for certain activities, and I am on the WEST SIDE TEAM because that is where I live now. I'm trying so hard to do you proud.
