30 songs on my laptop that fails at playing music

my laptop has been doing this enraging thing lately - after a short period of time playing a song, 10 seconds to 4 minutes, the speaker will make a snapping noise and then the audio will cut out. Sometimes it will make a quieter snapping noise and the song will go into mono, then it will make another noise and it will stop entirely (like the two
