SPREES' TERMS & CONDITIONS
(1) Orders
+ Priority given to personal friends: I may include their orders in at any time
+ Next is the IB transaction history statement of who paid first: unless the post has been moderated during the IB maintenance period (2330-0030) where I might decide again on how I'd accept orders
+ If CGW/Vpost orders or the Merchant itself ships out the items wrongly, I am not responsible unless it was my mistake in placing orders wrongly (which I will admit to)
(2) Payments
+ No refunds will be given when there is exchange excess
+ Payment after cap has exceeded will have their money refunded at my own time and convenience (i.e. spree closure to 1 week after spree completion)
+ OOS items which results in your money with me will be refunded after completion of entire spree due to possible unforseen circumstances
(3) Updates
+ When I've placed orders (and when CGW/Vpost has placed orders), when items are shipped out (and when CGW/Vpost has received orders from merchant at their USA office), and when items arrive in Singapore.
+ Whenever I have information from the merchant. Please understand, I'm a participant myself and am also awaiting notification from them.
+ DO NOT ask me when items will arrive because I am NOT the merchant.
(4) Meetups
+ To my convenience! This is not my obligation but an additional incentive to all.
+ Yio Chu Kang MRT - Weekend 1130am
+ Bulky items only (ie. Shoes, Bags)
(5) Postage
+ Handling fee of $0.50, any extra materials are at your own additional cost (i.e. postpac box, plastic container)
+ Normal mail: http://singpost.com/quick_services/quicks_03postal.htm
+ Registered mail: $2.24
+ Combining collection is allowed, just inform me
(6) Mailouts
+ Normal mail: Every other day if the package fits into a postbox
+ Registered mail: Saturday noon if weather permits
(7) Packages
+ Majority are packed in an envelope. The minority (e.g. shoe boxes, shades, items that do not fit into an envelope) are packed using brown paper, boxes, etc.
+ Scotch tape seals flapping corners of the envelop, over the mailing and return address (unless I happen to run out of tape midway).
+ I am not responsible for any torn/ripped packages as it may be due to Singpost's handling, but do inform me if your package was in bad shape so that I am aware!
(8) Participants
+ Any rude, impatient and unappreciate participants will be banned from my sprees.
+ Try to email and not sms cos if everyone does so, my HP bill will skyrocket.
(9) Spree Items
+ On hold for 2 weeks (Sgspree/my personal sprees)/1 month (_Spreee) but priority goes to those who respond to collection preferences within a week on the updates page
+ Reason: I may have other sprees ongoing, or other personal commitments. I will only remind you twice (1st, when items arrive & 2nd, when almost everyone has responded), so it is your responsibility as a participant to contact me.
