Don't give in to Facebook. It's pointless (though it's safer to poke Katie on facebook). Also, we could've put your skis in the ski room for the summer, but I suppose that insight is a little late.
Yeah, the whole ski thing would have been good to know . . . Mine are spending the summer in Chicago with my sister, because I finally realized that I won't be coming home over Christmas break . . . which means I made all of my "lugging stuff home vs. storing junk at college" decisions wrong. Urk.
How would one poke Katie on Facebook? (Not that I'd want to, of course . . . making Katie squirm is a bad, bad thing . . . *polishes her halo and puts it back on her head•) And why's it safer to poke her on Facebook?
^_^ YAAAY! This is great! I thought your entry was very interesting, and this way I can keep up with you this summer if we don't see each other online!
I'm so psyched, people actually seem to be reading this! Oooh, now's my chance to inflict inane drivel upon the world! Wah ha ha ha hah!
"Belle of Amhearst" is about Emily Dickinson. Not entirely historically accurate, and makes some assumptions about who the loves of her life were, but very engaging. At least when my sister's the one performing (*wink*).
God, I hope you're joking about the "never heard of Senator Obama" thing.
I'll post again, just as soon as something actually happens in my life . . .
bounce_ko! hurrah for getting an lj, twill be much easier to keep in touch whilst we're at college. Wednesday night was great! I must get a copy of that movie for next year to supplement The Incredibles viewings. must_get_Rob_to_like_another_movie see you tonight! which movie do you want to see - Mr. and Mrs. Smith or Madagasgar?
Hey Kinumeiga! That buddy icon of yours is seriously hot. Where did you find it/how did you make it? It definately wasn't in the movie... if it was crafted somehow, it's very well done.
No, that scene DEFINITELY didn't happen in the movie. I suspect it would have more rabid female fans, but far fewer straight male fans, if such a scene DID actually happen. Though I imagine the movie's rating would be bumped up to "R".
By the way, Kinumeiga, you know you're squiking (definition: "creeping out/making uncomfortable) all my friends who aren't into slash with your icon, right? Especially the straight male ones who dislike fanfiction and anime . . .
Hold on, do I have any of those left? Ever since I started hanging out with Katie, my social group has gotten a bit . . . odd . . . even queer, you might say.
Oh, wait, there's Bill! Though Katie's working on corrupting him . . . and I'm suspicious that his relationship with his computer is more than strictly platonic . . . (Oh! Hi there, Bill! Just kidding around . . . no need to poke me the next time I see you . . . Hey, that *giggle* tickles! Quit it! And stop - haha - stop poking me - hee hee. *dissolves into giggles as the tickling continues*)
I am not technosexual, despite what you think and despite Katie's efforts. My computer doesn't even have a name, though it would be a Shakespearean name if 'twere. Also, I wasn't particularly squiked by the icon, not that you were referring to me specifically...
As for poking Katie on facebook, she has a much harder time defending against it, and you have a much easier time avoiding her wrath when you're out of range (i.e. not in the immediate vicinity).
