Aw, how can you not care about the Phins? ;)

Tonight's cauliflower soup is utterly, completely, spectacular. If you're looking for something to cook, I'd strongly recommend it.

5. OMG, it is NOT MY FAULT. Well, I guess it is, because I made the decision to go to law school, and that turned out to be pretty stupid.

7. I do not know what NJHS means. But yay!

9. Oh, today at work we were told, basically, that the Inauguration is more important to black people, because he is "their" President. It was awesome.

7. National Junior Honor Society. Did you not have these in your middle school? It's one of the best memories I have from those days. We did peer tutoring and service projects. These kids are spoiled brats and they have to learn to give back.

9. My co-worker's husband dabbles in politics, so he's trying to finagle actual tickets, as well as an invite to one of the balls. I mean, wouldn't that be insane?!

12. She liked the teacher so much that she was still close to her two years later. Close enough to decorate her nursery. Mind you, this teacher called my group "the stupidest class she had ever taught". From that moment on, she was dead to me.
