Liverpool is ok, much the same as Brum I have to say, nothing much different, though there are some nice 'red- brick' buildings and the various museums and galleries are nice. Also I quite like the docks, but it has nothing on say Cardiff, or Portsmouth...

Glad it's all going well if hard work. Anything to do with DEFRA is inevitably dull! And yay for dissecting a whole head! I was always envious of the vets at Bristol as they got to do big animals whereas we zoologists seemed to do nothing but fish!
