My instinct, after 20+ years, is still "Pollo  Sombrero ". And I wasn't even there for that story.

I actually remembered "Sombrero Pollo" - since "Hat Chicken!!" is a regular response if I don't quite know what to say. But the blank was after... and, since first hearing Laura's First Foray Into Spanish, Pollo and Sombrero are forever linked in my brain.
