       ( So. The commute this morning. My carpool calls in two hours late (which I can't do), and my New England (Boston) Driver mother very kindly offers me a ride to Metro, rather than me having to wait for the bus in the cold and damp. I get to Metro, hop on a train, and all is well until Crystal City. )

It is with regret that I must announce that we won't be hosting a Superbowl Party this year. Aside from having no back room at present, we've only got a 5" black and white TV operational - and it only gets channel 7. Had a nice, relaxing weekend. Didn't get much done that I was supposed to, but *did* finish the dice bags for the gaming group (and had way too much fun figuring out who got which silly widgets), and almost finished a handbag I knitted.
