Good to see you again!
I always loved astronomy and planetary science, but somehow I missed much of the Halley's Comet action. I couldn't even name the probes there. But I was a touch older and got to grow up on Pioneer and Voyager buzzing around Saturn, which was a delight beyond all reasonable measure. And just when we were done with that came the first Shuttle launches, which were mighty exciting even if the project as a whole didn't quite pan out.
