There might have been some maniacal giggling over that Doherty quote last night. Maybe. I also think he confessed to wanting to kiss Carl? I mean, it is only logical, he starting writing songs when he met Carl and says there's always a song as long as the person you want to kiss doesn't want to kiss you...

Those sunglasses... why is the NME giving them away? I would think they'd be very ineffectual outdoors, they might block a bit of glare but wouldn't be very useful for UV blockage!

They're advetising Kanye West's new album for some reason, idk. They're quite painful to wear actually, your eyes get all confused by the stripes!

I think he didn't even before the crack, though, judging from all the things he used to say in their really old interviews. I remember one once about being Morrissey to Carl's Marr, or the other way around, and Carl seeming to get very flustered about it.
