We had invited my mother-in-law to come for the weekend, so everyone knew that meant the house had to be thoroughly cleaned as she's one of those whose biggest pride is a clean house. Me? I think it's time to just lay down the law. No guests unless everyone pitch in and the chores evenly divided. Not that that happens in my house, but because of your health issues, I think it is something that needs to be done. I am so angry for you!

Skyfall was great. I think I liked it because it was so classically Bond. Casino Royal was like that too, but Skyfall was a better story, I think. I'll need to do a Casino Royale rewatch here soon, and then I'll be able to lay out the reasons. Right now, it's just a gut feel.

I want to see The Hobbit too. And Lincoln. And Les Miserables (comes out Christmas Day, but I'll catch it after New Years, I imagine).

I'm looking forward to The Hobbit and Les Miz too, but I hate lining up for ages for a movie, so I'll be waiting till the excitement calms down a bit before going.

I agree with you that Skyfall was a better story; I liked that we got to see more about M and more about Bond's background. I have a feeling it's one of those movies that, even though I liked it the first time, I'll find even more to like on future viewings.

I would be mad as well having to do all that cleaning with so little help from your family especially since you do have those health issues. Next time it sounds like you need to make sure they all pitch in for a visitor.

I really want to see Skyfall. I am going to try to talk my mom is into taking me sometime.
