Work, Musketeers, Scribbling and Internet Distractions, oh Dear

Work is, in fact, a four letter word.I am about to travel 450+ miles round trip in one day (again), through not-quite Steinbeck country, to spend four hours trying to solve computer program woes for the enthusiastic but clueless. On the one hand, if we can eliminate the user errors, this is actually a really cool project that I am mostly enjoying

I'm thrilled you're enjoying writing and getting fab feedback. I hate posting with a passion. I'm SO glad you're liking the musket boys. I think the series just gets better and better.

I've had a Tumblr for years and made about three posts, but it is good for looking at pretty pictures.

Well, the driving for this project is tiring but the rest is pretty alright.

Tumblr does look distracting...but also so much fun. Eh, generally if I've hemmed and hawed this much I'm probably going to do it.

I am so glad you're enjoying Musketeers so far - the show grabbed me from episode one and I fell in love with everything about it - not least that I can happily ship anyone with anyone, though I have a real soft spot for Porthos/Aramis (they're so cute together), and Athos is the most perfect subject for whump and h/c ever.

Hee. Bunnies! Bunnies! It must be bunnies! Funnily enough, I watched Once More With Feeling during my great Bank Holiday Weekend Netflix Extravaganza. I have such a soft spot for that, not least because my friend John the Welshman and I performed I'll Never Tell at a convention years ago. It happened by accident - we were at a Buffy convention, and when they showed OMWF we found that we naturally fell into singing the parts. Five weeks later we were meeting at another convention. Still can't quite believe we pulled that one off! But that aside, your writing is something I really enjoy - you have a lovely handle on voices and characterisation, and you tell stories well. So keep writing!

They are and the characterizations of their characters are all so damn attractive. This one was clearly for the fangirls/boys who also like good writing.

Oh, yay! I love Buffy, as you probably guessed. Anything Joss Whedon, really. And that sounds like an absolute blast.
