Jason, I feel sorry for you man. You have to deal with him. And that's not a position I'd be able to do without lynching him. You have much respect from me for keeping your cool.

Seriously, he'll meet somebody one day who will teach him a very painful physical lesson. My only regret is that it probably won't be me.
