006 - (Dec. 12 Event) Christmas [Accidental Video]

The man in the santa hat is too busy grabbing ornaments and helping to put them on the parts of the tree he can reach to answer, immediately, but after a moment he responds, "it's one'a my favorite holidays! You put this sparkly shit up on the walls and the Christmas tree and you celebrate the birth'a Jesus, at least where I come from? And you get t'gether with friends and get presents and tell stories and drink a lot and have a really good time!" He's a little to squeeful at the moment to apparently give a more considered reply!

And they're all like, 'woah, this kid's gonna grow up to change the whole damned world! Cool! Let's make this like a tradition!' and so that's what we do every year on Christmas!

"Only see, I figured me'n Poland and a couple of other folks would do some decoratin' and goin' around and singin' some carols and puttin' up a tree, but I woke up this mornin' and look!" Oh, the splendor!

"You kiddin' me?! Lookit this!" Ellis grabs a handful of airborne tinsel and has a mini tug-of-war, before tossing it up to land over some of the massive evergreen bows! He's laughing like... well, like nobody but Ellis can. This is fun!

Curious, he reaches for a floating glass ball, holds onto it for a moment, then watches as it shoots across the room like a snapped rubber band.

"It has a lot of strength, whatever's doing this."

Ellis pauses for a moment, turning to look at Mark. "Huh, yeah, I guess so. Never really thought of it... I mean, the house makes good food and drops shit outta closets, why not this, too?" He's fully willing to suspend disbelief or even remorse, given the awesomeness of this occasion!

*Masky is walking around the first floor staring at the giant tree there with some trepedation. He jumps back from Ellis' Transiberian Orchestra air guitaring and stares.*

*He helpfully approaches Masky, going for the garland to arrange it more festively!*

*He stands there for a moment looking christmasy. Then shakes the garland onto the floor. The floating ornaments are making him nervous and he ducks as one flies by his head*

...On the other hand, Ellis is beginning to understand that Masky might be a special circumstance. He pauses in his rampant decoration aid and scratches the back of his head, trying to think on how to describe it.*

Okay, so round this time'a year, it's all cold and lonely-like, see? So people put shit up on the walls, and they get together and tell stories about what they did all year, and drink, and celebrate the holidays! You get presents and give some to other folks, and we all celebrate the birthday of Jesus, seeing as it's his bright idea that everyone get together and be happy with one another. *Ellis beams at his own eloquent explanation!*

[He turns his communicator to take in the others who are gathered in the front hall, watching the tree decorate itself.] Ain't nobody gettin' wreathed or nothin', it's just doin' it's thing!
