It's from the Chris Rock comedy Down to Earth according to http://www.associatedcontent.com/article/48138/tiger_tiger_woods_yall.html. I've never heard it but Google sure has.

and the reason you saw Roger Clemens was because the Astros Spring Training facility is in Kissimmee and Tiger was in Orlando for the Bay Hill Tournament. So they were both in town... maybe they just wanted to see Nickelback.

And Tiger's staying in Florida to play in the CA Championship in Doral, FL which is in Miami-Dade county.
