So to continue this post a little bit more, I received an automated call the other day from NCO Financial. In the message, I was instructed to give this number a call back in reference to a case number. I decided to call back so I could explain that they weren't looking for me (presuming, of course, that they aren't). I left a message since the office was closed and this evening, I received a call back from them. Apparently, the guy that CALLED ME ORIGINALLY was the same one that called me back and had no idea why I had gotten the message or why I had called back. I asked him if he was looking for Jennifer Parlay and he looked it up in the system and determined that he wasn't. He then looked up my last name and found nothing, so the two of us got off the phone very confused.
