Okay so..updating from Peggy's...Did stuff, going to the parade later.
Note: Fanfiction babble ahead.
Okay, so yeah. Lately Witch Hunter Robin fanfiction has tempted me, and there's no way back from the abyss. I dunno, Michael/Robin is sooo..soo...adorable. Graah. *steals Michael and humps him to death* So, like, I wrote this little thingy and I hope it doesn't suck. Peoples should be nice and read it, and give me harsh, evil feedback.
Byeah.
Disclaimer: I don't own this.
AN: This is just a short ficlet, written on a mountain dew binge at 3:15 AM. So sue me. Or don't. This may seem OOC, but I'm not that familiar with WHR.
You know, a pale face illuminated by a soft blue glow of a computer screen may not seem alluring, but when the face belongs to Michael Lee, things can change, very quickly. Her heart always skipped a few beats when she saw him like that. Possibly the reason for all the doughnuts and coffee..She stood still in the doorway, just looking at him.
That is, until he noticed her.
"Er, Robin?"
"Yes? I was wondering when you'd look up from that thing."A gentle smile.
"You were lucky I did when I er, did." Poor choice of words, she supposed. Or something.
"Well then."Another calm smile. She didn't know the reasom why, but...Adorable. Simply Adorable. The capital A was intentional.
"Hmn."He thought for a moment, then turned his head to the screen again.
That was uncalled for. Internally, Robin pouted. She brought out the pastries from behind her back, set them down on the table quietly, and left. Then again, who was the rude one? It's not really common for staring at a person to be considered not rude, you know? Even if the one who was being stared at looked adorable. Ah well.
Michael sniffed at the air, sensing doughnuts, and looked at the corner of the desk. Food. He pounced it hungrily, snaking in a hand and seizing one of the sugarcoated, fluffy o's.As he bit off a piece, he thought to himself. Robin. But she didn't stay..Probably because there was no mind paid her, though that smile..He mentally kicked himself, and many profanities rang through his mind as well.A heavy sigh, and blue eyes turn back to the work never finished.
After an eternity, Robin had returned to her post at the doorway. Still pretty, he was. Not that she'd ever tell that to anyone else, mind you. Well, all that was in her world now was the hacker and herself. There were no other witches to be hunted, no drama, no broody people. She closed her eyes, smiling. Then, a quiet voice disturbs her.
"Robin?"
Her eyes shot open, and a nervous laugh was pushed from her mouth,"Yes?"
"Come over here and sit with me...I'm.." He pauses, pushing up sunglasses worn at even this time of night,"desperate for human contact?
"Little sleep and no people makes Michael a lonely boy?"
"I suppose you could say that."
Soo...what j00 think?
