Adam sat in his dressing room, thinking about the night before. It had been amazing. Adam had never felt so loved before. And it had been a mistake. He wasn't even sure if Blake remembered it. Adam thought he would never forget it. But, he had to face facts. Blake was getting married. Next week. Adam needed to talk to Blake.

Blake needed to talk to Adam. He couldn't go on like this. Everyone was noticing his odd behaviour. Brad noticed it over the phone. He even called Blake out on it.
"Dude, why do you sound so weird?"
"Look Brad, if I tell you something, promise to keep it a secret."
"Sure."
"Last night, I slept with Adam."
Brad didn't answer. Blake thought he hung up.
"Wow. Well Blake, I gotta say. It's about damn time. Everyone sees the sexual tension between you two. Even through their tv screens."
"I'm getting married in a week Brad. What was I thinking?"
"That you really like Adam and wanted to have sex with him?"
"Brad, be serious."
"I am. God, I'd sleep with Adam. Man's gorgeous."
"Brad! I'm having a crisis and you are not helping!"
"I'm sorry. Look, all you can do is talk to Adam. Try to smooth things over with him."
"Yeah, you're right. Thanks Brad."
"No problem. Call me back when you have it dealt with."
"Will do."

Adam took a deep breath and steeled himself for this conversation. He knocked on Blake's dressing room door and smiled at the older man as the door opened.
"Hey Blake, can we talk?"
"Course we can. Come on in."
The smaller man walked past Blake and sat on the couch.
"Blake, about last night."
"Adam, I'm sorry. Last night was a mistake. I'm getting married in a week and I love Miranda. Last night, I was nervous and I got cold feet. I guess I was looking for comfort and I found it in your arms."
"Blake, you don't have to apologize. It was both our faults. I could have said no to you when you propositioned me that time and I didn't."
He decided not to add that it led to the best sex of his life.
"So, what do we do now?"
"Well big country, we do nothing. You love Miranda and you're getting married next week. Start worrying about that instead."
"You're right, as always. Still friends?"
"Always."
They stood up and Blake wrapped Adam in his arms. Adam took a shaky breath and ignored the feelings rushing through him as he stood in Blake's arms. This could never happen again. Blake was getting married and Adam had to move on. The only thing was, Adam wasn't sure if he could do that.
